The markets opened lower and drifted down to what has been their lows. Since then it’s been primarily sideways but with weakness still evident in almost every sector except some healthcare and utilities with a smattering of consumer staples stocks holding on.
The Fed releases their minutes at 2:00 PM. Normally stocks rally a bit about half an hour ahead of that release. Today may be different but at the time same time, with stocks so negative, we might just see a pop.
