Walmart stock is a giant of stock. It is held by institutions and pension funds around the world. Its revenue is staggering at $485 billion. The latest revenue was a decline of 0.1% from $114.96 billion to $114.83 billion. Walmart indicated that currency transactions accounted for a decline of $3.3 billion which would have put the company’s quarter easily within the consensus which was a rise to $116.1 billion for the quarter. Earnings fell to $3.34 billion from $3.59 billion for the same period last year.
