Canadian Pacific Railway Stock trades on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and New York under the same symbol, CP. I trade Canadian Pacific Railway Stock on the TSX in Canadian dollars but the trades I am doing can be duplicated on New York.

For my portfolio however, I am trading this in Canadian dollars and as such I want to keep the trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The recent news that Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. has formed a partnership with Dream Unlimited out of Toronto to develop at least 30 pieces of unused CP land has investors excited about the stock again.

I started part of this trade yesterday and am continuing to try to get placement. So far about half of the position I am seeking has been filled.
