There is no full technical analysis from Wednesday.
The tone of Fed Chair Powell’s speech was dramatically different as the Fed Chair finally seemed to realize that the hawkish path the Fed was on would probably result in ending one of the best economies in decades for the USA.
As many analysts remarked on Wednesday following his speech – “The Fed Blinked”.
There will be dips on Thursday in all 3 indexes, but the outlook has changed from down to up.
There are a lot of short sellers. That means dips are going to be used to try to get out of short positions. Dips will be shorter because of this. It should also mean some dramatic rallies lie ahead.
