Roll Down Of Covered Calls – Seagate Stock (STX) Trades For 2014 Update – Oct 13 2014

Seagate stock (STX) has exceptional option premiums but the stock is declining at present along with much of the NASDAQ. I had naked puts expire on Friday which I had sold for Oct 10 expiry at the $54 put strike. However while the stock did close at $54.94, it also fell $1.29 which meant my covered calls which were for Oct 18 expiry at $56 had to be rolled lower. Here is the latest trade update in Seagate Stock which shows the roll down of my covered calls to preserve capital, earn additional income and work toward being assigned and having the shares exercised away.
