Trading options in Canada is not the easiest. The market makers are poor at best and spreads are often too wide. At times I often wonder if the market makers even understand the revenue they could be generating through option trading. At other times I wonder if they actually do not want investors trading in Canadian options. That said, there are still trades that make sense for selling options but often you have to be patient and place your order and hope to be filled.
