Sorry to have to post this to the website. This post is for Lee Wilson Bud who has been sending tech support requests to be able to renew his/her membership.
Tech Support as well as myself have been sending you emails for a week, telling you that your account does not exist as you have not been a member for some time. Member accounts are deleted 30 days after they have not been renewed and your account is over that 30 day period. Therefore your account does not exist. Our emails are somehow ending up in your spam folder or junk email because it would appear from your emails to us that you are not replying to our emails. Make sure that the domain fullyinformed.com is whitelisted or added to your contact list. To be specific you can add the email address of techsupport@fullyinformed.com and teddi@fullyinformed.com and tknight@fullyinformed.com to your contact list. Make sure when you delete an email you do not mark it as spam or junk when deleting it. That will negate having the email address in your contact list.
Lee Wilson Bud – You Must Rejoin
You cannot renew your account as it does not exist. You must join as a new member. You can use your old username and password if you want, when you rejoin. To rejoin simply go to this link and fill in your details. Make sure you checkmark the “Agree to terms and conditions”, then select how long you wish to be a member and make your payment. You will have immediate access after making your payment.
Once you have rejoined, remember that when your membership comes up for renewal in the future, it is not automatic. You must renew within 30 days or your membership is closed and all bookmarks, profiles and saved searches, etc., are deleted.
