    Thank you for the suggestion. I just signed up with TD Ameritrade for Paper Trading. If I like what I see I will likely move my accounts over to them as well. Now I am setting up ThinkOrSwim desktop and figuring out my layout refs :) I’ll try my first paper trade or two on Monday and report back!

    Thank you very much. I’ll let you know how it goes. My wife is already threatening to go back to TOS which she used prior to Tastyworks and now IB. So many choices…

    Hi Teddi (or anyone else who wants to chime!),

    My wife has setup a paper trading account with IB and we are trying to use TWS. I find getting TWS setup to use is rather difficult. I trade with TastyWorks and it is the Duplo Legos compared to regular Legos for the most part, but it seems TWS is more Erector Set! I read that trading settings can be exported from one user to another. Would you be willing to share your setup? It is detailed in this article on the IB website: https://ibkr.info/article/2320
