Index of Market Calls

I do not believe anyone can truly judge market direction with a large degree of certainty. However market direction remains one of the most important aspects for investors to trade the markets and even beat the markets. When selling options it is really a case of trade the trend. If the trend is up, selling puts will be successful and if the trend is down then selling calls will be successful. Market direction is without question paramount. To be able to trade the markets with consistent profitable returns does require some comfort in what I believe is the short and mid term market direction.

In order to have confidence in my puts and calls, I use technical charts but I also try to consider market sentiment and events to try to decide the market direction. Despite all of this, market timing is still to a large degree a best guess scenario. Here then are my market calls or as I prefer to refer to them, my best guesses on the stock market.
