Archer Daniels Midland Stock (ADM) Trades For 2014 Update – Jan 2 2015

Archer Daniels Midland Stock was a regular member of my portfolio in 2014. I will be carrying this stock forward into 2015 for additional trades.

Returns in 2014 were exceptional. At no time were shares assigned despite the volatility in the fall of 2014 when the stock plunged to a low of $41.63 on October 15. This marked a dramatic spill for the stock as it plunged 20.43% in a matter of a few weeks.

The recovery in the stock was almost as swift, but a lot of technical damage was done in the plunge which may impact the stock sometime in 2015. We will have to wait to see if the plunge was a one time event or a warning of further problems in 2015.

ADM Stock for 2014

This is the latest update for trades done in ADM Stock. Quite a few of the trades may be of interest to investors. Of particular interest is the high number of naked puts and almost equal number of Bollinger Band Strategy Trades that were entered into and successful.

This concludes all the trades done in 2014. There are no trades being carried forward into 2015. All trades ended in 2014 including the most recent trade from December 19 which ended on December 29.
